Steroids in Youth Sports
It used to be that kids would likely join little league teams excited to experiment with baseball, football in addition to hockey. Young boys nationwide had dreams of being the next Mickey Mantle or Roger Staubauch. These days, as youngsters innocently join competitors ready to begin their own dream of becoming a specialist in their chosen activity, and as parents be happy from the stands expecting that their little one isn't getting hurt, the pressure to become bigger, faster and also stronger
